Eat Wellington on September 2nd will welcome the free-to-attend Hawksmoor Cookery School hosted by Wellington’s own Italian deli Olive & Rosy.
“We are thrilled to present an Italian in the kitchen and will be inviting visitors to Eat Wellington to join us for a free 45 minute cookery class,” said owner Stefano dal Moro.
“We will be sharing a personal favourite of ours, Gnocchi. This dish is traditionally served on a Sunday and is a great recipe for all the family to make together. These hands-on workshops will allow you to share in a new world of flavours that are waiting to be enjoyed.”
Stefano, a native of Bassano del Grappa, a vibrant city placed between the Dolomites peaks and the lagoon of Venice, runs Olive & Rosy in Half Moon Court.
There will be lots of opportunity to taste, adjust, share and discuss and all the recipes for you to take home with you afterwards.
Suitable for adults, and families with children aged 7+ These free classes are running at 1100, 1230, 1400 and 1530 in the Community Centre, White Hart Lane. Just turn up and reserve your place.
“These EAT festivals celebrate what is best about living in Somerset – a vibrant food culture and a strong sense of community. The Hawksmoor Cookery School will be fun – possibly messy! – and help the most inexperienced “foodie” to become a Master Chef. We look forward to seeing you there,” said Finbarr O’Mahony, from Hawksmoor Investment Management.
