Puss in Boots, by John Morley, opens at the Wellesley later next month and promises a “categorically amewsing” traditional family pantomime, set in Amsterdam – complete with a windmill, lots of cheesy laughs, and accompanied by the Wellington Pantomime Group’s award-winning band!
Watch out for the evil Dr Frankenstein and his nasty minion Blackleather who are plotting mayhem with the “Amazing Machine”. Will our hero Arthur save the day, with a little help from a magic cobbler and his enchanted boots, which transform Arthur’s moggy into an extremely talented talking cat? Will Arthur save the village and win the heart of his princess? Come along and find out.
The show runs at The Wellesley Theatre from Wed 25th – Sun 29th January.
Tickets £11, conc. £8 : available from Odette’s Tearoom , 27 High St,
