Children from around Wellington and across the county have been invited to visit Langford Lakes Christmas Tree Farm for an educational tour.
Reg Hendy, owner of Langford Lakes Christmas Tree Farm, said: “We would like to invite schools in the area to visit us for a school trip. We will take them on a guided tour of the plantation and explain how we farm the Christmas trees and how we help attract wildlife to the farm.”
“The farm covers over 40 acres and woodland runs the length of the plantations, either side of a stream. This area is home to a multitude of plants and wildlife, in particular rare lesser spotted orchids, deer and occasionally otters.
