Sheppy’s Cider Farm is celebrating a remarkable 200 years of cider-making at Three Bridges Farm with an all-day event featuring live music, food and cider on Saturday 3 September.
The Sheppy family’s renowned farm has been making cider since 1816 and this year’s bicentennial Sheppyfest includes an impressive line-up of musical acts. The Mangledwurzels, Joey the Lips, One Step Behind, The Masters of Madness, Filta, Showhawk and Stealworks will provide non-stop entertainment throughout the day until midnight.
Children’s entertainment, food – including a hog-roast by Pynes of Somerset and a ‘Pancake Pod’ – and beer as well as cider promise to provide families with a day to savour.
Camping is available at the farm from 11am for £10.00 per person. Under-15s camp for free. There will be onsite overnight security and breakfast facilities in the morning of Sunday 4 September. Parking at the farm is free. Gates open at 1.30pm
Tickets can be purchased through the festival website at sheppyfest.com or the Festival Facebook page www.facebook.com/events/1548830795419720.
