Fencing is a dynamic, fun and exciting sport; simple and cheap to start and keeps both your body and brain active! There is something for everyone and every age. Learning the skills of attacking and defending with fencers develops good co-ordination, balance and flexibility which makes fencing training an ideal means of keeping fit for all ages and abilities.
Wellington Swords fencing club will be running two beginners’ courses at the Princess Royal Sports Centre starting in April
For 8-14 year olds the course will be for six weeks on Tuesday evenings between 6 – 7 pm starting on 23rd April
For adults and over 13 year olds the six-week course will run on Monday evenings between 7:30 – 9 pm starting on the 22nd April
