At the eleventh hour on the eleventh day of the eleventh month The Two Minute Silence will be observed in Wellington Town Centre to mark Armistice Day. On Wednesday 11th November 2015 shortly before 11a.m. the Mayor Councillor Janet Lloyd, together with the President of the Royal British Legion, Wellington Branch will lead Town Councillors, officers, representatives of the Royal British Legion and Wellington School CCF in procession from the town council offices to the centre of town.
The Last Post will be played on the bugle to mark the beginning of The Two Minute Silence at 11 a.m. Following The Two Minute Silence Reveille will be played.
