Wellington Majorettes held a successful Easter Bingo afternoon at the Rugby Club on Sunday.
The group said afterwards: “Thank you to everyone who supported us – we raised a fabulous £897!
“This will definitely cover our 2026 Public Liability Insurance and help towards our uniform costs.
“The band need new daps, a few of our younger members are having jackets made to match the older members and, of course, everyone needs new tights and socks.
“Thank you also to all of our volunteers and to everyone who donated raffle prizes, your support is truly appreciated.”
