Wellington Museum and Local History Society will hear about the history of Ancient Egypt tomorrow (Thursday) evening.
Their first talk of 2026 will be given by Janet Diamond.
The society say: “Time spent living and travelling abroad inspired Janet to write and lecture on the history of Ancient Egypt.
“This talk features a number of Ancient Egyptian objects which chart the settlement of the Nile Valley.”
The talk takes place in Wellington Prep School Hall at 7.30pm and admission is £3 members, £4 non-members – pay on door, all welcome.
