Children from Stawley and Sampford Arundel primary school visited the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye. They were welcomed to the Commons by local MP Jeremy Browne.
“I always enjoy showing children around Westminster,” Jeremy Browne. “Understanding our national democratic heritage is an important aspect of education and I hope the visit will also inspire many of the children to take an interest in current affairs.
“ It was also a great opportunity for them to see London including looking down on our capital city from the top of the London Eye.”
