The popular Vintage Bus Day is returning to our area this weekend.
Organised by the Thames Valley & Great Western Omnibus Trust (TV&GWOT), it takes place on Sunday from 10am until 5pm.
Last year, 30 preserved vehicles, dating from 1946 to 2006, ran services from the Parade in Taunton.
The route to Wellington proved particularly popular with many of the buses full of passengers.
When it returns this month, buses running to our town centre will again stop at Sheppy’s on the outward leg and Rumwell Farm Shop on the return.
Trips around Taunton town and into the countryside, along with mystery tours, will also be available.
