Debbie Rugg is known to many as Wellington’s assistant Town Clerk. When she got married this summer Debbie and her soon-to-be husband Kevin Bere set a fantastic example in terms of consciously supporting local businesses.
“We both live in Wellington and, with my job especially, we are aware of the situations that face local businesses and sales,” said Debbie. “We therefore tried our absolute best to use local traders, shops and businesses so that the community benefitted rom our wedding.”
