New social housing is coming to Rockwell Green. Taunton council plans to demolish the Weaver’s Arms pub plus 10 pre-fab council houses on Oaken Ground and then re-develop the combined site.
The total number of new residential units will be 26 flats, houses and bungalows. There will be 12 one-bed, 9 two-bed, 4 three-bed, and one four-bed.
