It’s been an amazing year for the business and here are the thoughts of co-owners Shopna and Josh …
If it has taught us anything, it’s that a neighbourhood cafe and bistro can be so much more than just a place to grab your morning coffee.
Over the past 12 months, we’ve poured our hearts into transforming BrewTwo into a bustling hub of incredible food, unforgettable events, and community spirit.
From show-stopping musical evenings to tail-wagging success stories, here is a look back at the magic we have made together.
Show stoppers and soirées: Unforgettable nights
We brought a touch of West End glamour and classical elegance right to your doorstep. Partnering with the phenomenal Mary-Jess, we hosted two spectacular music and dinner events which completely stole the show.
- “A Night at the Musicals” filled the room with soaring high notes and theatrical magic.
- “The Grand Soirée” delivered an evening of pure sophistication, pairing a bespoke dinner menu with world-class vocals.
These nights were a beautiful reminder of how incredible it is to share great food and breathtaking live music with old and new friends alike.
Elevated sips and the Cocktail Bar debut
Your glasses were never empty this year! We significantly expanded our drink curation, introducing a handpicked selection of fine wines and premium beers.
But the real crown jewel of the past year was the official launch of our Cocktail Bar and new draught beers.
Whether you were winding down after a long week with a crisp pint or kicking off the weekend with a perfectly shaken cocktail, the bistro took on a whole new, vibrant energy after dark.
Homegrown and hyper-local
We took our commitment to fresh ingredients to the absolute next level by rolling up our sleeves and getting our hands dirty. This year, we launched the BrewTwo Garden, successfully growing our very own seasonal fruits and vegetables.
There is truly nothing better than knowing the fresh produce on your plate was harvested just steps away from your table!
Unforgettable family celebrations
We loved being the backdrop for your family memories. We raised a glass to the leading ladies in our lives with our Mother’s Day Foxy Afternoon Tea, complete with delicate treats and elegant flair.
Not long after, we celebrated the dads with a hearty, unforgettable Father’s Day Brunch that kept everyone fuelled and smiling all day long.
A paradise for our four-legged friends
If you know BrewTwo, you know that dogs aren’t just welcome—they are royalty!
Under the strict, tail-wagging supervision of Ria, our official Dog Food Specialist, we dramatically extended our dog food and drinks menu. Every single item was rigorously “paw-tested” and approved.
Our love for our furry friends went beyond the menu, too:
- Giving back: We hosted a wonderfully chaotic and heartwarming Doggy Coffee Afternoon, raising vital funds for the incredible team at St Giles Animal Centre.
- Festive tails: As the holidays approached, we launched our exclusive Dog Festive Menu, ensuring no pup was left out of the seasonal cheer.
- The ultim-mutt Christmas: The year culminated in the ultimate canine celebration—our Santa Paws Christmas Dinner Event, where our favourite four-legged regulars got to enjoy their very own festive feast.
