Organisers of the 2025 Wellington Flower Show have issued a final call for entries, which close at midday tomorrow (Wednesday).
The popular annual event returns to the Alan Rogers Centre at Wellington School on Saturday.
Show secretary Sheena Page says: “It’s been a challenging season with no rain to speak of but do have a wander round your garden and see if there anything begging to be picked – there’s a class for a single pink bloom or a misshapen vegetable!
“For children there are lots of different classes – fill a matchbox with as many items beginning with ‘W’ or make something out of Lego or Duplo.
