Beech Grove Primary School’s two Foundation classes produced a timeless and very musical Nativity to a hall packed with parents and families this week.
The familiar Christmas story was told through songs sung with both style and enthusiasm by the young children – all aged from 4 to 5 – with older pupils adding narrative. The effort made by staff and parents to dress the angels, shepherds, beasts, kings and wise men in traditional style resulted in charming tableaux and classic moments.
What would Christmas be without schools’ Nativities?
