Transition Town Wellington is holding a Community Gardening session at Trinity Orchard this Saturday from 10am to 12 noon.
The environmental group says: “The summer has seen the wildflowers we sowed in spring grow, along with the grass and brambles!
“Now we need to do a bit of tidying up, re-find the paths, prune back some brambles etc.
“Everyone is welcome to help, no prior experience needed. Do wear suitable shoes and be aware the ground is uneven and contains many ant hills.
“Please try to walk or cycle and, if you have to drive, please park a bit further away to avoid complaints from nearby residents.”
