Wellington Independent Market returns to High Street on Easter Saturday with more than 40 stalls and other attractions.
The first market of 2025 will also feature entertainment from the Ukes of Welly – 11am to 12noon and 1pm to 2pm – along with three open mic sessions for local performers.
There’s also an Easter Bonnet Competition with judging at 2.30pm outside the Nook and Cranny, the popular business run by market organisers Maxine Price and her daughter Charlotte Beatty.
Last but not least, the Northover brothers are holding their first art exhibition in The Hub, which is situated at the rear of the Nook and Cranny.
The full list of stalls is below – and the other dates for 2025 are:
- Saturday, June 14th, 10am-4pm.
- Saturday, September 20th, 10am-3pm.
- Saturday, December 13th, 10am-3pm.
