If you are aged between 40 and 74 and haven’t received a free health check in the past five years, you are now entitled to one.
Wellington Town Council says: “This 30-minute check could help spot early signs of heart disease, stroke, kidney disease and type 2 diabetes.
“Even if you’re feeling fine, it’s worth checking in.
“NHS Public Health are in the Kings Arms Community Hub every Tuesday this summer and have slots available to book.”
