Wellington Bowling Club are out to convince the world their sport isn’t all about old people in white clothes showing that they can still bend down. On Sunday (June 16th) WBC is hosting a Fun Bowls Competition at their green and clubhouse near the Sports Centre.
The event is open to all; members, non-members, beginners and children. There are prizes for bowling at targets on the green, plus free tea and cakes. From 2pm; adults £1, under-16 50p.
