The Grief Cafe is back at the Kings Arms Community Hub tomorrow (Thursday) and again on Monday.
The cafe originally launched on Thursday mornings but has now been extended to twice a month.
Organisers say: “The new Monday sessions run from 7pm to 8pm, allowing a different range of people to attend who may not be able to otherwise due to work commitments.
“People are welcome to come along, no matter where they are in their grief journey, to chat about their loved ones in a safe space.”
