A new morris dancing group have formed in Wellington – and they staged a special performance at the weekend.
Here’s their report …
Hallowe’en saw the first ever dance out of Wellington’s new morris side, Fox Tales Morris.
As the sun went down, a procession of dancers dressed as mill workers and woodland creatures made their way to Fox’s Field to dance the sun down!
Then back up to Many Hands Brewing for further dancing with Bootstrap Border Morris.
Fox Tales Morris dance throughout the year, incorporate storytelling and celebrate the seasons as well as Wellington’s history.
They can be contacted on their Facebook and Instagram pages for bookings or enquires about joining – CLICK HERE.
