Our High Street was a hive of activity yesterday (Saturday) as Wellington Independent Market made a welcome return.
More than 40 stalls featured a wide variety of local businesses and organisations and there was entertainment from Wellington Silver Band and the Ukes of Wellington, plus an Open Mic Session.
To add to the festive mood, Santa was in his grotto in the Nook & Cranny Hub while visitors included Gideon Amos, MP for Taunton and Wellington.
Organisers Maxine Price and Charlotte Beatty said they were delighted with the success of their latest event.
