An Exeter developer has applied for planning permission to build a dozen houses on open land adjoining the new Langford Budville Jubilee Hall.
Alma SW Ltd wants to build seven affordable dwelling and five larger houses for open market sale on the site.
The new hall was opened by Prince Edward last October. It is on the edge of the village and a new road had to be created to give it access to the nearby Wiveliscombe road.
