Jurston Farm developer C G Fry is holding a consultation for next-door neighbours of phase 1 of the 600-house scheme and an exhibition of detailed house designs and layouts . It’s at United Reform Church Hall, Fore Street; 2.30pm to 7.30pm, Tuesday 26th April, and is open to the public.
Phase 1 is in the south west quadrant of the approved development, next to the A38 and properties at Oldway Park and Blackmoor Road that back on to the site. The area is marked on the phasing plan
Staff from C G Fry will provide details of the house designs, separation distances and boundary treatments (walls and/or fences) only at this stage. They have already invited those living in properties that share a boundary with the phase 1 site but the exhibition is open to anyone with a general interest in the phase.
Their website show their extensive local knowledge. There is a picture caption Wellington Memorial at the top of the Jurston page and in the text it refers to it being spotlit – well, I guess it’s correct if you count once in the last decade.
