Police appeal after road accident

Police have appealed for witnesses after a two-vehicle collision on the A38 between Wellington and Taunton at about 9.25pm on Saturday.

They say one person was taken to hospital by paramedics.

“Officers remained at the scene until recovery work was completed at about 11.55pm.

“Enquiries into the collision are ongoing. Witnesses are asked to contact us online or call 101 and give reference number 5225350336.”
