Events are taking place throughout our area to mark Remembrance Sunday.
Local veterans will hold a ceremony at Wellington Cemetery, Rockwell Green, from 10.40am.
The town’s Remembrance Parade will march from Wellington School to Wellington Park at 2.55pm ahead of the Remembrance Service at the war memorial at 3.15pm.
After that, attention turns to Armistice Day on Wednesday.
At 11am, there will be a two-minute silence in the town centre.
Another two-minute silence will follow at Court Fields School at 12 noon.
