Rumwell Farm Shop is beginning the countdown to Christmas with a free Christmas Tasting Day on Saturday 7 November from 9am until 3pm.
Anne Mitchell, Co-Owner of the farm shop and café, said: “The Christmas Tasting Day is the ideal chance for people to sample locally sourced items perfect for the festive season. There’ll be tastings of our homemade produce including Christmas pudding, cake and mince pies as well as cheeses, turkey, chutneys and stuffing.
“Some of our suppliers such as Liberty Fields Balsamic, Styles Ice Cream, Kubla Ales, Dressit Salad Dressings, House of Sarunds Chocolate and Confectionery and The Chillees will also be at the event to offer free samples of their produce. We hope lots of people will pop in to sample some festive goodies and, at the same time, support local food and drink producers.”
