The organisers of Wellington Flower Show have issued an appeal for sponsors.

We are currently looking for sponsors for the craft and cookery sections of our forthcoming summer flower show.
Any support would help keep entry fees affordable, maintain prizemoney, and continue to offer a varied programme for local exhibitors and visitors.
The craft and cookery classes are always popular and include a wide range of entries – for example handmade items, preserves, baking and seasonal cooking.
Sponsorship would go directly toward section costs such as class prizes, certificates/prize cards, and materials needed to run and present the classes on the day.
Sponsorship options:
- Sponsor the cookery section – support the full set of cookery classes and prizes.
- Sponsor the craft art and photography section – support the full set of craft classes and prizes.
- Sponsor a group of classes – for example craft, preserves/baking or art/photography.
- Prize donation – provide vouchers/products to be used as prizes for the raffle.
How we will recognise your support
We can acknowledge sponsors in the printed schedule (deadlines permitting), on signage near the craft/cookery exhibits, and on our website and social media posts.
If you would like to provide a small pull-up banner or business cards/leaflets, we can usually accommodate these on the day (space permitting).
Suggested contribution
As a guide, previous sponsors have contributed between £75 and £120 depending on whether they sponsor a full section or a group of classes.
We are very happy to discuss what would work best for you, and any level of support is genuinely appreciated.
Advertisers
We also have room in the schedule (and on our website) for business adverts.
So, if you would like your business to be included, we charge £25/50/100 for quarter/half/full A5 page advert.
You would need to provide some artwork as a .jpg or .png file to us to include in the schedule.
