Wellington Silver Band staged a delightful Christmas Concert in St John’s Church on Friday night.
They were joined by the choir from St John’s CofE Primary School.
The band report: “We are very grateful to everyone who came along to watch and listen.
“A big thank you to St John’s choir who sang the church out!
“As a band, we are proud to share the talent of the future generations and help promote music within primary schools
“Thank you to all who helped with the raffle, served drinks and cake – we hope to return next year, 2026.
The band’s next outing will be at Wellington Independent Market on Saturday from 10am followed by Wellington AFC’s Christmas Jumpers Day from 2.15pm.
