Sarah and Graham Warner have been running a B & B from their home in this Edwardian vicarage on the western edge of Wellington for the past four years. There are three comfortable bedrooms, all ensuite, and the house is surrounded by lawns and a patio that are available for guests’ use. There’s also an extensive vegetable garden and some of the produce is used for breakfasts – Sarah’s potato-cakes are legendary in the area.
