A Wellington man has been charged with voyeurism in connection with a camera found concealed in police changing rooms in Abingdon, near Oxford .
Christopher Richardson-Blake, 32, of Foxdown Terrace in Wellington has been charged with one count of voyeurism under section 67 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and one count of theft.
Richardson-Blake has been released on bail to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on November 25th.
