Wellington School celebrated an outstanding achievement at this year’s Ten Tors challenge.
Students showed determination, teamwork, and resilience across the demanding routes on Dartmoor.
The 35-mile team finished first and were also first to complete the challenge out of all 240 teams taking part with the 55-mile team completing it second.
The 45-mile team also finished in excellent time, arriving shortly after midday.
A school spokesperson said: “All three teams demonstrated excellent preparation and strong leadership, overcoming difficult terrain and changing weather conditions with confidence.
“Staff and supporters praised the participants for their commitment throughout months of training.
“Completing the challenge was a proud moment for the school community and reflected the values of perseverance, courage, and cooperation.
“The success of Wellington School at Ten Tors highlighted not only physical endurance, but also the spirit and character of its students alike.”
