An appeal has been made for witnesses to a collision between a motorcycle and a car which closed Mantle Street on Monday afternoon.
A police spokesman said the motorcyclist was taken to Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton, with injuries not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing, and the car driver was also hospitalised.
Police have asked for any witnesses who have not already spoken to officers at the scene, or who have any dashcam footage or other information, to call 101 using the reference number 5222244171.
