Long-running and controversial plans to build a mini-housing state in the heart of Milverton leapt forward this week with a formal planning application for 70 new homes in Creedwell Orchard.
Notaro, the developers, will also provide children’s play space.
When plans were first put forward three years ago they met a wave of protest from existing Milverton residents, not least on grounds of a narrow and congested access road to Creedwell Orchard
