A reminder the some recycling and rubbish collections in Wellington are changing this week.
If your usual collection day is today (Wednesday), there is no change this year.
The revised schedule for the rest of the week is:
- Thursday collections will move to Friday.
- Friday collections will move to Saturday.
There are no garden waste collections at present because of Christmas and New Year – they re-start on Thursday, January 8th.
Somerset Council recycling sites, including the one at Poole on the outskirts of Wellington, will be closed on New Year’s Day.
