Looks like it’s not just the North Sea that’s over-fished. Wellington’s newest fish and chip shop in Mantle St closed its doors for the last time this week. Sceptics said from the outset that with competition from well-established and very successful chippers in High St, North St, South St, and further down Mantle St the new Think Fish would need a very special formula to succeed. Shame because they were excellent fish and chips.
