The team at Wellington Motors Nissan dealership is celebrating after winning the carmaker’s highest global retail honour. Wellington Nissan in Chelston Business Park is just one of three Nissan dealerships in the UK and 100 worldwide to receive the Nissan Global Award in 2015.
The accolade – reserved for the world’s best performing Nissan dealers – recognises Wellington Nissan’s outstanding sales performance and customer care.
And it follows a string of other award successes. The dealership was recently voted Nissan’s After Sales Dealer of the Year and is a past winner of two Motor Trader magazine customer care awards.
Dealer Principal Michael Finn said: “We’re thrilled to receive this global award as it’s only presented where there is an exceptional standard of service across all areas of a business. We have a focused, well established team that works together to consistently deliver the highest levels of customer care and it’s great to have the recognition. Every member of the team has contributed to this award and can feel rightfully proud of what we have achieved.”
James Wright, Managing Director of Nissan Motor (GB), visited the dealership to present the trophy. The dealership was also given a recorded message from Chairman and CEO of Nissan, Carlos Ghosn.
