The playground at Wellington Prep School was turned into a homeless shelter.
Twelve resilient Year 6 students experienced a night sleeping out to raise awareness of homelessness and particularly the work of one of this year’s nominated charities, Crisis.
A school spokesperson said: “They shared meals from the ‘soup kitchen’, engaged in thought-provoking discussions and activities, and bravely endured squally winds and drizzle during the night.
“A huge well done to each of them.”
