It may be the middle of summer but Wellington Town Council is already planning this year’s Christmas Market and Lights Switch-on, taking place on Saturday, November 30th.
A spokesperson said: “We have already got a few stalls booked in and would like to invite local crafters and traders to get in touch if they are interested in joining us on the day.
“To learn more and request an application form please email info@wellingtontowncouncil.co.
“As well as stalls we will also have entertainment throughout the day on the main stage and on High Street.
“Santa will be coming to town, too, as we once again set up a grotto for him in the Wellington Town Council gazebo.
“More info to follow in the future – watch this space!”
